SociABILITY is a social group for under 18s who enjoy movies, TV shows and chatting about their favourite characters, stories and more.
Each week, participants will come together to watch, discuss and explore different movies and shows while connecting with peers in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Whether you’re passionate about a particular series, love discovering new shows or simply want a place to meet others with similar interests, SociABILITY provides a space to connect and build friendships.

Our 9-week DBT Core Skills program is a practical, experiential group designed to help you build skills for coping with distress, managing difficult emotions, strengthening relationships and living more mindfully.

DBT Experiential is a 14-week program designed for participants who want to move beyond learning DBT concepts and begin practising skills in real-world situations.
The program combines DBT theory, guided reflection, group discussion, practical activities and outdoor excursions to support skills generalisation and help participants apply DBT strategies in everyday life.
This program is ideal for people who have completed DBT Core Skills or already have a foundation in DBT and are ready to strengthen their ability to use these skills outside of the group setting.

Employable You is a 6-week program designed to support young adults, adults, and school leavers as they explore employment opportunities and prepare for the workplace.
Throughout the program, participants will develop practical skills including identifying strengths, preparing resumes, exploring job opportunities, building interview confidence, communicating effectively and understanding workplace expectations.
Through interactive activities, discussion, and practical learning, participants will build the confidence and skills needed to take their next steps towards employment.
