Justice-Involved Youth & adults

Thought Compass provides structured, community-based support for individuals involved in, or transitioning from, the justice system.

We work alongside individuals, families and service systems to support stability, reduce risk and promote positive engagement within the community.

who we support

We support young people and adults who may be:

• Involved with Youth Justice or the adult justice system
• Transitioning from custody back into the community
• At risk of disengagement, instability or reoffending
• Experiencing mental health, behavioural or psychosocial challenges
• Requiring structured support to maintain routines and stability

Our approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based and focused on accountability and consistency. We provide structured support that promotes stability, builds capacity and supports individuals to make positive changes over time.

We understand the importance of working within systems and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure supports are aligned and effective.
