People with disability
Thought Compass provides community-based supports for people living with disability across different life stages. We work alongside individuals, families and support networks to strengthen independence, participation and overall wellbeing.
Our team supports people with a range of needs including neurodevelopmental conditions, psychosocial disability and complex support requirements. Services are designed to build practical skills, strengthen confidence and support meaningful participation in everyday life.
