What We Offer
Individual or group based Support
Flexible and professional support in an individual or group based setting. Ideally, we offer our groups at a 1:3 ratio of support
Skills based programs and workshops
Our programs are designed to work on real life skills for life Long learning. This includes budgeting, goals and direction, employment preparation, mindfulness, DBT and more
therapy
Our therapy services are available in our studio, online or we can come to you. You have access to psychology, counselling and social work
Clinical care and nursing
Our clinical care is overseen by registered nurses, and being implemented through trained and qualified staff for optimum care standards
Lunch and Learn (online)
12pm on the second Monday of every month
A brief monthly lunch and learn to hear from our service manager and answer any questions you may have
