Children, Young People & Families

Thought Compass provides support for children, young people and families navigating a range of developmental, emotional and life challenges.

We work alongside individuals and their support systems to provide practical, structured support that strengthens wellbeing, stability and connection.

Who We Support

We support children, young people and families who may be:

• Experiencing emotional or behavioural challenges
• Navigating family or environmental stressors
• Involved with Child Safety or family support services
• Involved with Youth Justice or transitioning back into community
• Living with disability or developmental differences
• Requiring additional support to maintain stability and routine

Our approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed and system-aware. We work collaboratively with children, young people and their families to create safe, consistent and supportive environments that promote positive development and long-term outcomes.

We understand the importance of working across systems, and we engage with families, schools and services to ensure supports are coordinated and effective.
